Appointment Information:
New Client Intake and Hygiene
Adult - 2 Hour Booking
We conduct our initial hygiene examination, where we must collect information such as baseline medical and dental histories, current conditions, findings and future prognosis. This assessment is required in order to provide a dental hygiene diagnosis and plan an individualized therapy path for your oral care needs.
We preform Initial Dental Hygiene treatment such as Air Polishing, Debridement, Fluoride or Antimicrobial treatments, and other services as discussed with you in your treatment plan.
And most importantly we educate you to help your oral hygiene care from the comfort of your own home! Providing you individualized care tips to help improve your home care routine and boost your oral health
Subsequent Dental Hygiene Appointments are booked as needed and are typically 1 hour in length.
They range in frequency and length depending on the findings of the exam and the goals and outcomes we collaboratively are looking to reach!
New Client Intake and Hygiene
Child (16-4yrs Old) - 1 Hour Booking
We conduct our initial hygiene examination at the child's comfort level and pace. This assessment is required in order to provide a dental hygiene diagnosis and plan an individualized therapy path for their oral care needs but also gauges their level of tolerance and comfort which are extremely important to us!
We preform Initial Dental Hygiene treatment such as Air Polishing, Traditional Polishing, Debridement, Fluoride or Antimicrobial treatments, and other services as discussed in their treatment plan.
And most importantly we educate both the child and guardian to help their oral hygiene care routine at home! Providing individualized care tips to help improve their home care routine.
Subsequent Dental Hygiene Appointments are booked as needed and are typically 45 Minutes in length but can range based off their needs.
New Client (3yr-Newborn)
HAPPY VISIT- 45 Minutes
This is a fun appointment to get your little one comfortable with the clinic! This appointment is child paced and focuses on child's oral development and hygiene. The child learns about the dental clinic, meets the Hygienist, learns new and exciting ways to take care of their teeth at home and what milestones are up next! We build on positive experiences allowing your child to explore dental hygiene in a safe place with no daunting expectations of them! They grow their skills and become confident and proficient in their home care! And of course the best part is the treasure chest at the end!
Subsequent Dental hygiene appointments range based off your Childs tolerance and comfort for each procedure. We always want to book more time than we need to ensure your child enjoys each appointment!
Orofacial Myofunctional Assessment
1.5 Hours
During this assessment we evaluate oral movement, habits, sleep patterns, posture, breathing, speech, muscle balance and begin measuring range of motion and more. Using additional resources like photographs, dental x-rays, medical sleep study diagnosis and a detailed medical and dental history alongside the assessment findings we Identify specific Orofacial Muscular Disorders (OMD's) and compose a treatment plan and facilitate appropriate healthcare referrals to improve proper function.

Prior to your appointment, we can send you Client Intake form, Privacy policy form, Record Release form and Respiratory Illness screening. You can also access these from our website at anytime.
When you arrive, there is a single parking space by our entrance off of 7th Ave W for you to park! Just look for our signs! Summer street parking is also available if required. We ask that you please call into the office to notify us of your arrival prior to entry!
Once inside the office we will start learning about each other and review your documents. Our first agenda will be completing a thorough assessment. This will include blood pressure and blood oxygen readings, examinations of the head, face and neck, range of jaw motion, intra and extra oral examinations, periodontal probing, photos, saliva pH testing and in some cases impressions/ study models. Once we have gathered all our imperative information we will collaborate together to discuss a treatment plan that best suits your overall needs and create an individualized action plan to maintain and continuously improve your oral hygiene care.
Our goal is to bring your oral health to the highest standards and provide you with the tools and knowledge to make informed decisions and improve your overall health with ease!
